Your pre-test

Your Driving Test is around the corner, maybe days or even weeks. You're not sure what to expect or if your driving is up to test standard. Maybe you have failed before and you want an instructor to take a fresh look at your driving and give you valuable advice. Book a Pre-Test with Nolan Driving School.

- I will take you through every step of what to expect on your driving test and what the tester will expect of you.

- We will cover parking your car at the test centre

- Meeting your tester

- The oral test,

- The vehicle and technical checks.

We will then do the practical part of the test, intermingling and familiarising the test routes, recognising, assessing and correcting driving faults. We will practice the correct way to do the three pre-set manoeuvres:

- The Hill Test

- The Turnabout Manoeuvre a

- The Reverse Manoeuvre.

We will also practice the hand signals and take a look at the Driving Test Report Sheet (.pdf)

The lesson will be conducted in a relaxed and friendly manner. I am here to help you and answer any questions or concerns you may have about your driving test. At the end of the lesson I will provide you with excellent handout advice for you to recap your lesson at any time. The lesson will last approx 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic / road conditions.
